General Information

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number is sent to you by email once your order is dispatched. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to start updating.
  • Tracking often sits quiet for the first few days while the parcel moves between carriers. That is normal and it does not mean the order is lost.

Local Currency

  • Duven prices in US dollars. Outside the United States, prices and shipping fees are shown in your local currency using the live exchange rate, so the amount at checkout can move by a few cents against the figures above.
  • Free delivery is set at $59.00 USD and converted to your local currency at checkout. The local thresholds on this page are the current equivalents of that amount and can move slightly either way as rates change. The figure shown at checkout is the one that applies.

Where Orders Ship From

  • Duven works with fulfilment partners, and some items ship from warehouses outside the United States. That is why tracking sometimes shows a handover between two carriers on the way to you.
  • If a carrier ever asks you for an import, customs or handling charge on a Duven parcel, do not pay it. Email us the notice first and we will deal with it.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only to the countries listed on this page. If your country is not accepted at checkout, email us and we will tell you honestly whether we can get an order to you.

Holiday Periods

  • During national and other major holidays, delivery times can vary. We recommend ordering ahead of time so your order arrives when you need it.

Shipping Delays

  • We work hard to keep to the timeframes above, but delays can happen because of weather, postal backlogs or other things outside our control. Thank you for your patience if that happens.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

  • Check the address on your order confirmation. If it is wrong, email us straight away and we will change it if the parcel has not left yet. Once it has shipped we cannot redirect it. If it comes back to us we will resend it at our cost.

Changes to Orders

  • Please check your order carefully at the time of purchase. Once an order is in transit it cannot be cancelled or changed. For anything that comes up after delivery, our 60-day return policy applies.

Marked Delivered but Not There

  • Check with anyone else at the address and look anywhere the carrier leaves parcels. Carriers sometimes scan a parcel as delivered a day early. If it has not turned up after two days, email us and we will sort it out.

If It Is Late or Lost

  • Email us with your order number. If tracking has genuinely stalled we resend the order or refund it, and we do not make you wait sixty days to find that out.

Need Assistance?

  • If your order has not had a tracking update in a while, it is usually a courier scanning error and the parcel still arrives within the stated timeframe.
