Tracking questions
My tracking has not moved in a few days.
Carriers scan parcels at handover points, not continuously, so a quiet stretch mid-transit is normal. If nothing changes for five business days, message us and we will chase it.
It says delivered but nothing arrived.
Check with anyone else at the address and look in the usual safe spots first, then email us. Parcels marked delivered early almost always turn up within 24 hours, and if it does not, we sort it out.
Can I change my delivery address?
If the order has not shipped yet, email support@tryduven.com with the order number and the correct address and we will update it.
